What to do in an emergency:
- If it has to do with a crime, a fire, or a medical emergency please call 9-1-1
- If it is during the work week call your case manager or the ombudsman's office for aging and disability
- If it's after hours or on a weekend try calling 2-1-1 or use the link at the bottom of the page to access their site and start a chat.
- If you are in the hospital, ask for the hospitalist, social worker, case manager, director of nurses, or Chaplin to help advocate for you
- If you are in a rehabilitation center, ask for the social worker, director of nurses, or afterhours
